From October 22-25, 2026, riders from across the country will come together in Greenville, SC for Velo Palmetto, Blood Cancer United's premier multi-day cycling and fundraising experience. Riders choose one, two, or three days of cycling, with multiple course and distance options offered each day, welcoming everyone to ride through the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and know that every pedal helps advance our mission to cure blood cancer.
Together, we're more than cyclists, we're changemakers. Every dollar raised and every mile ridden fuels progress toward cures and brings hope to those facing blood cancer.
When you register for Blood Cancer United's Velo Palmetto, you are signing up for a fundraising mission first, and a bike ride second.
Our Mission: Find a cure for blood cancer.
