Training Plans

2027 training resources will be available in 2027. In the meantime, please access our 2026 training plans here: Scenic Shore Training Schedule Guide

The Training Schedule begin 14 weeks prior to Scenic Shore. Before your 14 weeks start, we highly encourage you to start moving and have fun riding or being active. This plan is a training model that includes cycling, strength training, stretching and activities of your choosing (walking, running, hiking, yoga, etc.) during rest days. The miles will gradually increase weeks 1-6 and 8-14, with rest between, then a taper week as you prepare for ride weekend. We highly recommend that you listen to your body as this is just an example of a training schedule.
