Bike Transport

Out of Town Bike Transportation

For those of you who are traveling from out of town and not driving with a bike rack, we have partnered with Wheel & Sprocket (Assembly) and Bike Flight (Shipping) to offer a bike shipment service.

1. Go to Bike Flights and set up your bike shipping. Be sure to choose ‘Round-Trip’ in the left-hand side drop down and include the return shipping label. Your bike must be delivered to Wheel & Sprocket Bay View by Wednesday, July 16th to allow time for assembly.

Shipping Address:
Wheel & Sprocket
ATTN: Scenic Shore – BUILD ME
187 E Becher St
Milwaukee, WI 53207

2. Contact Wheel & Sprocket Bay View at 414-234-5500 to discuss shipment, assembly, and pricing, and if you’d like to pick up your bike at the store or have it delivered to the start line on Saturday.

3. Enjoy your 2-day ride.

4. At the finish line, drop your bike with Wheel & Sprocket to be disassembled and shipped back home for you!

**If you do not use the Wheel & Sprocket service, you will be responsible for getting your bike to the start line on Saturday morning.

Day 1 Finish Bike Storage
After you finish the Day 1 ride, you will be directed to our bike corral in Manitowoc. This area will be monitored overnight by a security team to ensure your bike is safe. On Saturday morning, you will go back to the same location and retrieve your bike for you.

Day 2 Finish Bike Transportation
After you finish the Day 2 ride, you will be directed to our bike trucks where your bike will be loaded and covered with moving blankets for safe transportation back to your start line location. These trucks will be color-coded and announcements will be made in Sturgeon Bay when each truck leaves so you know when you should get on one of our shuttles.

Luggage

Don’t worry about your luggage! We make sure your luggage gets where it needs to go.

We allow up to 2 pieces of luggage person. To save space on trucks, please pack lightly and consider packing in soft bags (ie. duffle bags).

Review our suggested Packing List to ensure you have everything for event weekend.

Saturday Morning
When you arrive in Mequon on Saturday, there will be a luggage drop area near parking and the rider drop off. Make sure you write your BIB # on your luggage tags that you received in your rider packet and attach to your luggage. If you forgot them at home, no worries, we will have extra at each luggage drop area for you to place on your bags.

While you are riding, our luggage trucks will bring your luggage to the Day 1 finish line in Manitowoc. When you’re ready to get a good night sleep, just grab your luggage before you get on a shuttle.

Sunday Morning/Afternoon
On Sunday morning, you will bring your luggage back to the same location where you picked it up on Saturday night, and our volunteers will take your luggage up to the Day 2 finish line in Sturgeon Bay. Just like in Manitowoc, you will pick up your luggage before you get on one of our luxury coach buses to return to your vehicle in Manitowoc or Mequon.

Shuttles

A list of hotels that our shuttle drivers can take you to will be provided in Spring 2026. If you do not see your hotel on that list, please ask our shuttle attendant onsite if it would work within their route. Again, we cater to those hotels within the Manitowoc area so we can keep our shuttles on schedule to reduce individual wait time.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Saturday Only Riders – There will be a shuttle from UW Manitowoc back to Concordia Campus scheduled to leave at a certain time, to be announced Spring 2026.  Make sure to drop your bike at the bike truck, enjoy some delicious food with your new friends and then hop on the shuttle.
