If I have questions on ride weekend, what number do I call?
Please call the Rider Hotline number with all questions during ride weekend: 855-2363360
Is there an age minimum to ride?
The minimum age to ride is 8 years old with a guardian for the 25-mile route and 12 years old with a guardian for all other distances.
When is fundraising due?
Deadline to complete confirmation and have expedited packet pickup at event weekend is July 6, 2026.
What happens if it rains?
Rain itself will not cancel the ride, however lightning will delay it. Please pay attention to warnings from staff and volunteers. We will send out safety related text messages.
How can I get my packet for ride day?
NEW this year – Scenic Shore packets and jerseys will no longer be mailed. Instead, we are hosting an in-person packet pickup designed to enhance the rider experience, streamline operations, and maximize our mission impact. Visit our Event Details Page to see the different in-person packet pickup locations.
Are we responsible for our own meals?
All meals are included for riders. Make sure you are wearing your rider bracelet (found in packet) BOTH days to receive your meals. You will need to select (during confirmation) if you are joining us for Saturday dinner. If you chose to have dinner off-campus, you may elect to donate your dinner back to the Blood Cancer United mission. Family members joining you will need to have purchased a wristband prior to the event to participate in the meal. We have sold out of guest wristbands and will not be selling any onsite.
Are E-bikes allowed on the ride?
Yes! E-bikes are allowed and supported on the ride. We will have e-bike charging stations at lunch and the mid-point. Riders should bring their charger and are highly encouraged to bring an extra battery.
I am volunteering – how do I get my shirt?
Volunteer shirts will be available at your assigned volunteer venue when you arrive. You do not need to go to the start line to get your shirt if you are not volunteering at the start line.
Is there an app I can download on my phone where I can track other riders?
Yes! You can download the LLS Cycle app to track friends and family as they make their way along the route.
