America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride South Lake Tahoe, NV – June 7, 2026 For more than 30 years, America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride has brought cyclists together on the legendary shores of Lake Tahoe. Each June, riders from across the country take on one of three breathtaking routes — 35, 72, or 100 miles — through the stunning mountain landscape and along sparkling blue waters, all united by one powerful purpose: to ride for blood cancer cures.

Our blood cancer community gathers annually at the legendary Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
