Meet Your Honored Hero

Hudson “Huddy” Whatcott is 2027’s Shred for Red Honored Hero

Huddy is 16-years-old and loves football, working out, being with his friends, and living life at full speed. In March 2026, his world was unexpectedly turned upside down when he was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Since that day, Hudson has faced more than most people will in a lifetime, but he has refused to let cancer become his identity. He has continued to show up for football, spend time with his friends, work out when he can, go back to school, and fight for as much normalcy as possible. Even through long hospital stays and difficult days, he rarely complains and somehow continues to make the people around him laugh.

Hudson is strong, gritty, funny, loyal, and incredibly determined. More than anything, he just wants to be a normal teenage boy again. Until that day comes, he’ll keep doing what he has done from the very beginning—putting his head down, taking it one day at a time, and fighting like hell.

Follow Huddy’s journey on Instagram at huddysfightclub.
