Getting to & from Tahoe
There are 3 airports commonly used for travel to and from Lake Tahoe:
- Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) – 1 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe, NV or various shuttle companies such as *South Tahoe Express are available.
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – 2.5 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe, NV
- San Francisco Airport (SFO) – 4.5 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe, NV
New! Bike Rental Option
Unlimited Biking is offering bike rentals as an additional option this year. Rental prices range from $59 to $249 depending on bike type and include helmet, fitting, and pedal installation. Learn more: Rent your bike
Unlimited Biking will be set up at packet pickup on Saturday from 10am – 6pm and Sunday morning prior to the start of the ride for riders to come and pick up their bikes.
35 Mile Riders: Anyone who registered for the 35 mile route will need to come to packet pickup at Tahoe Blue Event Center on Saturday between 10am and 3pm to pick up their packet. After you have received your packet, you will go to the Unlimited Biking tent outside and get setup with your rental bike and secure your bike plate with your BIB # to the bike. After your bike plate is secured, you will hand it off to our 35 mile transport truck (on Saturday prior to 3pm). The bikes will meet riders up at Carnelian Bay on Sunday morning.

Parking
Venue & Parking Map
Paid parking is available at any of the four casinos located in the Stateline area (Harrah’s, Harveys, Bally’s, and Golden Nugget) and rates vary for each event. We recommend riding your bike, walking, or taking advantage of our free public transportation options, Lake Link on-demand shuttles & Tahoe Transportation District fixed-route service for packet pick up and the ride start. Route and trip planning information and tools, including bike routes and shared scooters (Lime and Bird), can be found here. Note that shared scooters only operate in California so you still have to walk about ¼ mile to the event center if you choose this option.
Shuttles
Shuttle service is available to and from South Lake Tahoe from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport through South Lake Tahoe Express, as well as other companies. We recommend booking well in advance.
