Welcome to Blood Cancer United’s America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride. For over 30 years, cyclists have come together on Lake Tahoe’s legendary shores to ride for blood cancer patients and their families.

**Fundraising Minimum: $500 ($100 registration fee)**
Ride Only Registration opens 1/26/26
- Event Bib, Swag Bag, and Finisher Medal, and 2026 AMBBR T-Shirt
- Access to professional course photos when your ride is complete
- Rest stops stocked with water, hydration drinks, fruit, and carbs (including on-course lunch)
- Tech support with mechanics on duty at start, finish, and each rest stop
- Full SAG support / transport services to pick up and move you and your bike on the course
