Visionaries look to the future--and see infinite possibility.
They challenge the status quo--and make the impossible possible.
They boldly imagine a better world--and lead the charge to create it.
When I was eight years old, I lost my father to ALS after a three-year battle. Watching him fight that disease shaped my understanding of resilience, loss, and the profound impact illness has on both the individual and their loved ones. I know what it feels like to hope for more time, for better treatments, and for a cure that never came. That's why I'm fundrasing for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Families facing a leukemia or lymphoma diagnosis are navigating the same uncertainty and heartbreak I once knew. LLS is leading the fight to advance life-saving treatments, provide critical support to patients and their families, and bring us closer to a world without blood cancer. I am raising funds not just in honor of those who are fighting today, but in memory of those we've lost and in hope for those who will face this battle in the future - because every family deserves more tomorrows.
I am a visionary; I have a vision for a world without cancer, but I need your help! The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on this same vision--of a better world--one without blood cancers.
This year, I am proud to be participating in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Visionaries of the Year campaign as a candidate, working to make the largest impact possible for LLS's mission.
