Event Day Check-In
Event Check-in and Registration open at 8:30 am. The first wave of climbers will start at 9:15 am, followed by additional waves every 15 minutes. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before your wave time to allow for check-in, bag check, group photos, and warm-up.
All festival activities are located at Kezar Triangle on the West side of Kezar Stadium- 788 Kezar Dr. San Francisco, CA
When you arrive, look for the Registration Tent. This is where you will pick up your bib with the timing chip. Registration will be available on-site for a fee, however, we cannot guarantee that those who register on the day of will receive the same wave time as other members of their team. To avoid this, we encourage all climbers to register before 4/30.
Bag Check & T-shirt Tent
There will be a free bag check area available to store belongings while climbing. Only phones will be allowed with climbers inside the stadium. To earn a dri-fit participant t-shirt, climbers must raise a minimum of $250. Survivors can pick up their survivor shirts at the t-shirt tent as well. No fundraising is required for survivors to receive this t-shirt.
Parking
Paid parking option: We have secured a flat rate of $14 for the day at the parking lot directly south of Kezar stadium- 825 Stanyan St. San Francisco, CA
The UCSF Millberry Union Public Garage is located a few blocks away from the stadium. The rate is $5/hr with a $35/day max price- 500 Parnassus Ave. San Francisco, CA
Free Parking Option: There is free street parking within Golden Gate Park along Kezar Dr. on the North side of the stadium. This may be difficult to find depending on the weather and time of arrival.
We encourage the use of ride share and public transportation to get to this event. The 7-Muni line is accessible steps from the stadium entrance at the Frederick & Willard bus stop.
Water Stops
There is one water stop located within the stadium at the halfway mark, and one water stop at the finish line.
Beer and Wine Garden
Each participant (21+) receives 2-drinks in our Beer and Wine Garden. To enjoy, head over to the Beer and Wine Garden after your climb. Once your ID has been checked at the entrance, you will be given your 2-drink tickets and will be stamped for re-entry. You must have your ID to drink at this event.
Climbers are invited to enjoy the festival area until 4pm. (Beer Garden will close at 3:30pm)
Summit Club
If you are one of our VIP fundraisers, (raised over 1,000+, Executive Challengers, Sponsors), you will have access to the Summit Club — an invite-only lounge area on Big Climb event day! Stop by to enjoy a breakfast burrito and a mimosa to celebrate your climb. Donations must be received by 4/29 to count toward standings for day-of Summit Club. (If you are 21+, please have your ID to enjoy alcoholic beverages in Summit Club).

Food and Beverage
For registered climbers, there will be fruit, granola bars, water, and other light snacks available. Beer and Wine are available to all 21+ participants in the Beer and Wine Garden. Breakfast Burritos and mimosas are available in the invite-only Summit Club (Raised $1000+).
Build Your Team
There is still time to build your team! Invite your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to join you in your mission to #ClimbConquerCure. We encourage all participants to register before 4/30.
Spectators
We encourage friends, family, and other spectators to come and cheer you on at the finish line! Only registered participants can climb and enter the Beer and Wine Garden.
Pets
No pets are allowed at this event per the park’s rules.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to climb at this event is 8 years old.
Restrooms
There are restrooms located within Kezar Stadium. We will also have portable toilets available in the festival area.
